How it works
Pick a contract type, answer the interview, review the clauses, pay, and download a clean PDF. If you choose electronic signing, the document is passed to Mark Sign and each party receives a personal signing link by email. A qualified electronic signature has the same legal force in Lithuania as a handwritten one.
Which language is binding?
Both versions contain identical clauses. For dealings with Lithuanian authorities (Regitra, the Centre of Registers, Sodra) the Lithuanian text is the governing version; the English version is there so you know exactly what you are signing.
